Well Versed is a U.S.-based bookish lifestyle brand offering Kindle cases, book-themed apparel, reading accessories, and gifts for readers. Our products are designed for modern readers who value quality, style, and a lifelong love of books.

Meet Well Versed

it’s a sister act

From Ella Enchanted to A Court of Thorns and Roses, we never stopped reading. We just grew up a little.

We built Well Versed around that ritual of reading. Our reading accessories and bookish goods are designed to move with you through the day, without feeling overdone or out of place.

How We Make Things

We work with independent artists and partner on officially licensed collaborations with authors (did someone say Ali Hazelwood?!), keeping everything thoughtful. Small runs, intentional designs, no filler.

We care about how our Kindle cases feel in your hand. Comfortable, functional, and designed for how you actually read. Our hats are finished with bronze clasps, clean embroidery, and fully lined interiors. No loose threads, nothing messy on the inside. Our apparel is printed in the U.S. and treated to feel like your favorite, perfectly worn-in tee from day one. And our totes and keychains? We use them every day. They’ve been overfilled, thrown around, and carried everywhere. They hold up, and they still look good doing it.

We care about how our products wear over time and whether you’ll still like them a year from now. Though, if we’re being honest, you’ll probably find your next favorite before then!

where we show up

Obviously, we show up online. You’re here, aren’t you?!

We’re also carried in over 100 independent bookstores and gift shops across the U.S.

We’ve always cared about being in spaces that make reading feel like more than a solo thing. Places built for browsing, lingering, and finding something you didn’t know you were looking for.

Being on those shelves matters to us. Not just because they’re beautiful shops, but because they’re part of real communities run by people who care deeply about books and the people who read them.

A woman wearing large sunglasses, a black headband with bow and lace, and a dark sweatshirt with text, is smiling and holding a pink phone and a water bottle. She also has a leopard print scarf and jewelry. The background shows a crowd in an outdoor setting with modern architectural features and trees.
A woman sitting at an outdoor white table with green foliage in the background. She is wearing a light blue cap, a white sweatshirt, and black-and-white checkered shoes. She is holding two drinks, one green and one brown. There are two pink-patterned notebooks on the table, and a bag with blue handles hanging on a white chair beside her.
Two young girls sitting on the carpeted floor, looking at a picture book. One girl is a toddler in a white outfit, smiling at the camera, while the other girl, sitting next to her, is in a pink dress, smiling and looking slightly down.

Who We Are

We’re Lex and Kait. Sisters, lifelong readers, and the kind of people who will always stop in a bookstore if we pass one.

We’re based in the Sonoran desert, and being part of the Phoenix bookish community has been one of the best parts of building Well Versed.

We’ve been like this for a while. Once upon a time, it looked like reading competitions (we’ve earned a few Pizza Hut pan pizzas in our day). Now it looks like always having a book on us, an endless TBR, and staying closely connected to the bookish community. You can usually find us on socials @wellversed_goods
